Here's my progress as of 4/15/12.  I hope to be done with Hannah by 5/5/12 (the end of this business trip).

I had Beatrix Potter in the floor stand, but just hadn't been able to get motivated to work on her. Spurred on by other folks' progress, I put poor neglected Beatrix away and pulled out Hannah for a little lovin'. As of today:

I'm really hoping to have her finished before the end of April.

Long Overdue Hannah Update

I haven't posted here in forever, but I'm still plugging away on Hannah. I decided to make her one of my focus pieces for Measi's WIPocalypse 2012. I've made some really good progress on her the past couple of weeks, so I thought I would share a couple of photos.

I'm really enjoying working on Hannah again.  My goal is to finally finish her this year.

I'm back!

Surprise! Many moons ago I lost the ability to post here. Sometimes I actually hate computers! LOL Since I quit my job, moved to another state, and finally (just about) have my new house unpacked, I have been on the phone, and computer, with tons of people getting my access back.

I've also been stitching on Hannah again :) I promised to post an updated photo by January 1.

I have been able to read and know there was at least one finish (Hi Carol!). Anyone else still have this lovely lady to finish? Anyone else still reading?

August Progress

Today was the all-day open stitch class at the LNS, and I got a bit more done, after making a slight color change. The Anchor 368 was too light, so we changed it to the next darker shade.

A bit more progress

I got a few more stitches into my Hannah today during my (and Melissa's) LNS' monthly open stitch class.

I started!

I actually got started on Hannah! Vintage Country Mocha Lugana 25, over 1 with 1 strand. I started with 3013, but after a few stitches Melissa and I decided that would be much too light, so I frogged that and switched to 3012. The quarter is a needlemagnet made for me by a woman at our LNS.

Poor Neglected Hannah

Congrats to Heidi on her very lovely finish!!! My poor Hannah has gone through more fabric-and-fiber decisions! It looks like I've finally settled on Zweigart Country Mocha Vintage in Lugana 25, with DMC 3013 for the primary and Anchor 368 for the second color. And I'm taking her on the cruise with me.
